Lyndsay Rome

PTA, Clinical Director

Lyndsay Rome earned PTA Degree at Our Lady of the Lake College in 2009, as well as a BS in Kinesiology: Louisiana State University in 2007. A native of Gonzales, LA, her certifications and training include Graston Technique, Aquatic PT Low Back/Neck Pain, Kinesiotaping – KT1, KT2, KT3 and KT4 (Sports/Orthopedic), and Geriatric Kinesiotaping.

Tricia Holifield


Tricia Holifield earned her PTA Degree at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge in 2004, after completing her BS in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University in 2001. Tricia has been a member of the Lewy team since 2008. Tricia’s certifications and training include Vestibular Rehabilitation, Graston Technique, Clinical Instructor, Kinesio Taping, and Aquatic Therapy.

Chad Meyers


Chad Meyers grew up in Gonzales, and completed PT School at Texas Womans University in 2003, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at LSU in1995.

Lynn Johnson


Lynn Johnson attended the University of South Alabama, where she graduated in 2003 with Masters of Physical Therapy; Lynn also graduated in 1998 from Medical Training College with National Certification in Massage Therapy. Lynn is certified in Spinal Manipulation Level 1&3 for Cervical & Sacral Manipulation, Pilates Instruction and Trigger point Dry Needling (Kinectacore Level 1 Certified).

Scott Pitarro


Scott Pitarro attended University of Mississippi Medical Center, and graduated in 2003 with Masters of Physical Therapy. Scott’s experience includes Outpatient Orthopedics, Aquatics, Gait Analysis:Fabrication of custom Orthotics, Trigger point Dry Needling(Kinectacore Level 1 & 2 Certified). Scott is also certified in Spinal Manipulation HVLAT Level 1&2 Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Daniel Cookmeyer


Daniel Cookmeyer graduated William Carey University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science and earned his Associate Degree in Applied Sciences at Delgado Community College in 2006. Daniel has experience in Outpatient Orthopedic,Aquatics & Kinesio Taping Method level 1 & 2.

Isabel Hodgson


Isabel Hodgson graduated from University of Our Lady of the Rosary in Bogota Colombia in 1994, and completed USA certification and licensure 1999. Isabel is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, is a certified Astym provider, and is certified in Outpatient Orthopedics and KT Rock Tape application.

Jeremy Catoire


Jeremy Catoire attended the University of St. Augustine, where he graduated in 2012 with Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Jeremy’s experience includes Outpatient Orthopedics, Sports rehabilitation, and Trigger point Dry Needling (Kinetacore Level 2 Certified).

Troy Stancliffe


Troy graduated from Brighton Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2010. He then earned his DPT degree from Louisiana State University Health in 2014. Troy’s concentration of studies was on general outpatient, and his certifications and training include General Orthopedic and IASIM.

Troy is one of six children. He and his wife have no children or pets yet, but they enjoy going to dinner and movie dates. They are members of the LDS church.

Michael Moseley


Michael Moseley earned his masters in Physical Therapy in 2004 at University of South Florida after completing his BS Degree at Northeast Louisiana University in 1998. He received CSCS from NSCA (formerly) and was a cheerleading National Champion in 1995 with the University of Kentucky. Michael’s certifications and trainings include :Strength/Conditioning, Sports Performance, and Pediatrics.

When Michael is not at Lewy Physical Therapy, he enjoys teaching gymnastics and cheer, playing tennis, teaching First Grade Sunday School at his church, and most importantly spending time with his family. His family includes his wife of 18 years, Kirby, their nine year old daughter Brexley, 4 year old son Timothy Rex (T-Rex) and their Great Dane, Boudreaux

Emily Moody


Emily Moody attended Louisiana State University from 2011 to 2011 before going to Our Lady of the Lake from 2012 to 2015 where she received her Physical Therapist Assistant education.

Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Devan, and her dog, Olive. They go to Chapel on the Campus church. In her free time she likes cooking, and being with family and friends.
