  • What happens at my first appointment?

    We ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and your patient registration. You will then meet with your patient care representative to address any questions or concerns about your care and introduce you to your therapist.You and your therapist will set goals and create a treatment plan to meet those goals and then take you to the scheduling desk to schedule your future appointments.

  • How long will my appointments last?

    Initial Evaluation is about 90 min and regular visits 45-60 minutes.

  • How do I know if i need physical therapy?

    You may consult with your Primary care Physician or give us a call to see if you are a candidate for physical therapy.

  • What should I wear for Physical Therapy for the pool or on land?

    Whatever you are most comfortable in for therapy. If you are in the pool you can wear a bathing suit, or shorts and a shirt. Some patients also wear water shoes. If you are completing land therapy, you can wear a t-shirt with either shorts or pants with closed-toe tennis shoes.

  • What happens if I need to miss or reschedule an appointment?

    If you need to miss an appointment please call our office and our front desk staff will assist you in rescheduling for a time better suitable for you. Remember that we are open early, late and on the weekends to better accommodate your busy schedule!

  • Who do I speak to if my symptoms are improving or worsening?

    Speaking with your therapist is critical for your success with therapy. By letting them know what is working or what could be irritating your symptoms, you give your therapist the the ability to better customize your treatment plan for you.

  • Who do I speak to if I have any questions about scheduling?

    Our front desk is more than happy to assist with any of your scheduling needs.

  • I work 8am-5pm, is there any way I can come to Physical Therapy after work?

    We are open from 7 am to 7 pm Monday – Thursday, 7 am to 6 pm on Friday and 7 am to 1 pm on Saturday to better accommodate you. You can come in before or after work or on the weekend!

  • Do I need to have a referral for therapy?

    Yes, a referral from your providing physician is necessary for therapy.

  • If I think my family member or friend needs Physical Therapy, what do I do?

    Refer a friend!! Have your family member or friend come in for a free consultation to see if they are a good candidate for therapy. We appreciate the fact that you chose to work with us, and we value the confidence you have placed in us. Our goal is to improve the health of as many individuals as possible in our community.
